The Auto Mounting Vision System enables robots in manufacturing processes to accurately grip components and perform precise mounting or fastening operations. The primary objective of the system is to measure positional displacement and pose variation of target objects, allowing the robot to compensate for deviations from pre-taught positions.


To achieve this, high-precision 3D point clouds are acquired using CleRobotics’ high-performance 3D camera, CoPick3D. The data is then processed through the Cle Vision Systems software running on CoPick Brain, where precise correction values are calculated for accurate robot guidance. In addition, the system supports both manual and automatic operation modes. In Manual Mode, the operator directly controls the UI to select vehicle models, define capture points, perform image acquisition, and calculate correction values. In Automatic Mode, the system receives commands from a PLC and executes the entire workflow automatically, ensuring seamless integration with automated production lines.
