CleRobotics’ 3D machine vision solution accurately compensates for vehicle body misalignment even when the body enters the process in a distorted or shifted state, utilizing CoPick3D and FineLocalizer. In addition, the system simultaneously detects misalignments of both the vehicle body and the glass, taking into account deviations caused by glass aligners or grippers, and performs highly precise robot guidance accordingly. Within a single integrated system, the solution measures quality immediately after glass installation, enabling effective in-process quality monitoring.

CleRobotics’ machine vision solution analyzes image context and recognizes patterns in a human-like manner. Powered by deep learning, it separates environmental variations from target features, ensuring precise detection of desired patterns only. Furthermore, if a pattern does not exist, the system accurately identifies its absence, preventing false positives and false negatives. An Enhance Network, trained on sufficient data, corrects and infers noise, distortion, and partial defects in 2D line laser profiles to generate high-resolution shape maps. Based on this, the system quantitatively analyzes the geometric characteristics of sealer beads.
