
To rapidly load randomly stacked bolts from a container into a boltrunner cartridge, the system detects the poses of multiple bolts in a single capture and enables simultaneous picking of up to three bolts. In addition, it provides user-defined priority-based bin picking technology that minimizes thread damage and positional shifts during the picking process.
Compared to conventional drum-type bolt feeders, this solution supports a far more flexible working environment. It delivers higher efficiency, particularly in terms of limited buffer capacity, constraints on bolt types, and defective bolt screening.
