
One of the most challenging tasks in automation—handling the attachment and detachment of non-rigid wiring cables and connectors—can be automated using CoPick3D and FineLocalizer.
As a representative application case, CleRobotics successfully automated the sequential connection of a module inspection cable integrating three connectors within an electric vehicle power system, completing the operation within a defined takt time using robotic guidance. Through this solution, wiring cable attachment and detachment tasks—previously considered difficult to automate and therefore performed manually—can now be automated, significantly improving production efficiency.
