The tunnel-type vision inspection system is an automated solution that scans vehicles moving along a conveyor using multiple cameras, measuring and analyzing the entire exterior surface area. Data acquired during inspection is quantified to provide precise defect location and condition information. Through a zoom-in pop-up function, even minute defects that are difficult to detect with the naked eye can be intuitively identified.

The inspection scope consists of three main categories: First, Gap & Flush measurement evaluates the gaps and flushness of doors and panel boundaries, enabling precise assessment of assembly quality. Second, paint and surface defects are detected and visualized in the form of a heatmap, clearly highlighting defect locations. Third, specification and configuration inspection verifies part application and assembly status, enhancing production quality reliability. Inspection results can be extended to include data storage and automatic report generation. The system configuration and inspection scope can be flexibly adjusted according to operational environments and quality requirements.
