The system supports precise installation by recognizing gripping and fixation points of truck cargo beds based on sequence information. Beyond 3D scanning, CoPick3D leverages 2D images to effectively resolve issues—such as bedliner attachment errors, mixed-model cargo bed inspection, body frame distortion, and fixation point defects—without a separate 2D vision system. Even when handling representative non-rigid objects such as headliners (vehicle interior roof trim) that are twisted or deformed while loaded in cartridges, the system accurately guides the robot to the optimal gripping position. Even if the headliner bends during transfer, the system ensures precise clip fastening to the vehicle’s internal mounting points.

CLE Robotics enhances safety and precision in high-risk environments, such as high-voltage battery assembly, by replacing manual labor with robotic guidance. Using CoPick3D’s high-fidelity 3D data and FineLocalizer’s multi-robot synchronization, our system ensures the accurate mounting of complex chassis modules—including powertrains and suspensions. This precision extends to bolt and nut fastening, providing robots with exact positioning even for the most intricate vehicle geometries.
