To rapidly load bolts accumulated irregularly in a bin into a bolt-runner cartridge, the system detects the poses of multiple bolts in a single shot, enabling the simultaneous picking of up to three bolts. Furthermore, we provide priority-based bin picking technology customized by the user to minimize thread damage or positional shifts during the picking process.

This solution offers a more flexible working environment than conventional drum-type bolt feeders. Specifically, it provides significantly higher efficiency in terms of overcoming limited bin capacity, handling diverse bolt types, and screening defective bolts.
