The Tunnel Automation Vision Inspection System is a solution that scans vehicles moving along a conveyor with multiple cameras to automatically measure and analyze the entire exterior area. Data acquired during the inspection process provides quantified defect locations and status, while the Zoom-in Pop-up feature allows for the intuitive identification of minute defects that are difficult to detect with the naked eye.

The inspection scope consists of three main categories. First, it precisely determines assembly quality by measuring the Gap & Flush of doors and panel boundaries. Second, it detects Paint and Surface defects, visualizing them in a Heatmap format to clearly indicate defect locations. Third, the Specification and Configuration inspection verifies the application of parts and their assembly status to enhance the reliability of production quality.
Inspection results can be extended to include data storage and automated report generation, and the system configuration and inspection scope can be flexibly adjusted according to the application environment and requirements.
